The apartment is approximately 90 m2, located on the ground floor of the building, has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with access to the terrace, bathroom, hallway. One bedroom also has access to the terrace and garden. The apartment also has a part of the garden with a swimming pool. In April and May, the pool can be used in agreement with the owner. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea. The owner's condition is that the apartment is cleaned once a month by a person hired by the owner. Small breed dogs are allowed, accustomed to living in the apartment. Children are not allowed. When entering the apartment, two deposits are paid in the amount of the monthly rent.
