Mošćenička Draga is a small fishing village on the eastern coast of Istria, located below the hill on which the medieval town of Mošćenice is located, after which the town itself was named at the point where the drag meets the sea. The location itself is very interesting because, in addition to the classic (Istrian) type of tourism, there is also the possibility of rural (agro) tourism, which would be developed right on the slopes of Učka - the Učka massif with the peaks of Učka, Sisol, Kremenjak. In such a magical place with an equally magical open view of the Kvarner coast, we offer a building plot of over 7000 m2, less than 100 m as the crow flies from the famous Sveti Ivan beach. The terrain is overgrown with vegetation and is gently sloping. Such a structure and concept of the terrain ultimately gives a level appearance and view from all positions of the terrain, suitable for building villas and/or glamping tourism.
